This event came about because the team had a session in the beginning of the year on setting their goals. Unfortunately, as it happens to most people, the team gave up on it. So what does it take to achieve your goals? Well, it starts with setting the 'right' goal, a goal that inspires you and gives you a purpose. A goal that gets you out of bed in the morning. People without a goal are lost. Once you have a goal that inspires you, you need to do the necessary steps to achieve it EVERY DAY. Do 6 action steps every day and you will get closer to your goal every day.
