Yesterday I heard a story where a director of a school told the kids to stop dreaming and just go after achievable goals. If that was true there wasn't an iphone, electricity, planes, internet... Steve Jobs, Nikola Tesla, Henry Ford... were dreamers.

Put action towards your dream and it becomes a goal.
